Sahmin Mn Project FUTURE ?
Exploit sustainable Mn project, pyrolusite estimated range of 30m - 100m tonnes, grading 35-50% Mn content.
Via Open cut mine exploration & exploitation
Mineral upgraded via crushing/ washing plant, to comply with international standards
Developing renewable long term power sources, photovoltaic and wind,
Develop ocean side core product shipping facility, road/rail infrastructure to existing Maydh/Berbera regional ports.
PROPOSED PRODUCTION LINE
Initial plan- excavate and blast to exploit historical trenches/pits, estimated monthly production 11.5k tonnes of 37% Mn grade.
Initial selectivity based process cited to produce above plus further 20-25k tpm of rough ore, for further processing via proposed crushing/flotation plant.
12-18 month ramp up, seek to achieve 60-80k tpm of min 37% grade, while targeting and exploiting higher grades, 40% Mn +
Developing processing plant to maximize Mn unit grades to supply other added value markets, core market being ferro alloy for steel client base.
Ongoing develop geological profile, employing JORC (Joint Ore Reserves Committee) / NI 43-101 (National Instrument 43-101) methodologies.
Aim being potential float of operating company, with Mn facility being fulcrum of other associated regional revenue generating streams, potential includes livestock, cash crop agriculture, fisheries, other key mineral resources.

Late 1950's - Nomads bring samples to British Geological Survey Party, who define mineral quality
1960 - Somalia formed via independence from UK & Italy
1970’s - Communist influence increases, Bulgarian Geological Survey introduced, brief to map entire country.
1970’s-1980’s Bulgarians map Sahmin area, affirm Pyrolusite deposit
1980’s regional unrest causes communist influence diminishes
1980’s - 1990’s revised Eastern Europe political landscape, leads to total Bulgarian withdraw from Somalia
2016’s - Sahmin parent company, Kerilee, welcome Anglo Somalilanders into management team, to implement Somaliland mineral exploration programme. Project area defined, with past history researched and affirmed via extensive desktop and site/regional investigations
2020 to date - pyrolusite mineralization confirmed ore body with Mn range from 15 to 55%. Copper & Alluvial Gold identified in concession areas
The initial Mn belt has 5000 m length, 88 m width, with NNE strike and sub vertical dip.
Ongoing site investigations strongly indicate additional Mn belts, with sampling defining concession areas also host Copper and Alluvial Gold, which may prove to be commercially viable during project lifetime.
Primary manganese mineral is industry versatile low impurities Pyrolusite, estimates to be confirmed during mine life indicate min 30 up to 100 million tonnes.

CHAIRMAN’s NOTES
Until 2015, my view of Somalia was completely negative, based on the prevailing media narrative.
The reality on the ground is appreciably different, the autonomous region of somaliland has 30 years of peace with a population keen to engage in sustainable projects.
The Sahmin project is the potential catalyst to fuel permanent regional industrialisation, because strong traditional universal manganese unit applications are complemented by new energy-based technologies to augment fossil fuels.
It is the privilege of my colleagues, shareholders & investors to enable the hopes of the people become reality.
